# I think there should be 98 (not 96) choices in case "**"

• The case `**` seems weird to me. The expected answer is 96.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it should be: `9 * 9 + (26 - 9) = 98`, where the deducted 9 choices are 1-9.
However, if I set my code to ignore `10` and `20`, it is equal to `9 * 9 + (9 + 6) = 26` (where 9 and 6 stands for 11-19, and 21-26, respectively) and got `Accepted` for the overall question.

• Oops I am dumb. `*` can only represent 1-9, not 0.
