Can problems please not use keywords as function/variable names?

The set and sum keywords are commonly used in Python. Is it possible for problems to change their definitions slightly for languages in order to avoid keywords? C++ users probably wouldn't be happy writing a function named cout; nor Java users, one called println. I know that it is certainly doable to write and use these functions due to context, but they just feel like poor choices for names.
