The OJ has a bug! upper and lower case

    The table and OJ code use upper and lower case, such as 'B' and 'b' interchangeably. But it requires specific upper or lower case in the output, to be consistent with follower column only!

    Here is my answer to apply this approach.

    select distinct follower, num
    from follow, 
    (select followee, count(distinct follower) as num from follow 
    group by followee) as t
    where follower = t.followee
    order by follower;

    @zestypanda I agree. Doesn't makes sense to follow the format of follower only.
